Our work spans major and mid-level donor development, corporate partnerships, foundation giving, planned giving, and campaign readiness, all grounded in strong systems and engaged leadership.

Meet the Team

Founder & CEO
Seth Schermer is a fundraising and organizational development leader with more than 20 years of experience supporting nonprofit, advocacy, and political organizations. His work has always been grounded in a belief that strong communities are built when people step forward with purpose, leadership, and generosity—a commitment that has guided him since an early age.
Throughout his career, Seth has partnered closely with CEOs, boards, and senior leadership teams to strengthen fundraising programs, expand revenue, and build the systems needed for long-term sustainability. He brings both strategic expertise and lived leadership experience, having served in senior executive roles and guided organizations through periods of growth, transition, and transformation.
Seth’s approach is collaborative, practical, and values-driven. He works alongside leaders who are deeply committed to their missions, helping them move from vision to execution with clarity and confidence. Whether supporting campaign readiness, providing interim development leadership, or advising on donor strategy, his focus is always on helping organizations achieve meaningful, lasting impact.

Seth is a member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals and National Association of Charitable Gift Planners.
Seth grew up in New York then South Florida. Seth attended the University of Maryland at College Park and currently lives in Washington, D.C. with his husband and their mini schnauzer Pepper.
